The FAXCOM Fax Server application is the central component of Biscom’s FAXCOM product line. FAXCOM solutions support document delivery via fax, email, and the Internet and handle document workflow into and out of a fax server enterprise. The FAXCOM solution is tightly integrated with Microsoft Windows, Exchange, Office, and Outlook and can be managed via a Microsoft Management Console (MMC). Active Directory and Group Policy integrate FAXCOM users create a shared fax solution scaled to any size, from a small office to a multinational enterprise. FAXCOM Fax Server Solutions Windows and Linux platforms enable Outlook/Exchange, Lotus Domino, SMTP users to send, receive, and manage faxes within their inbox. Browser-based, Windows-based, and/or Workflow-based fax clients integrated with Directory Services – AD, eDirectory and LDAP Fax-enable MFPs, support FoIP and traditional fax telephony (T1/PRI/Analog). Receive faxes to SharePoint as searchable PDF files; Electronically manage, archive, and retrieve documents via rules-based fax routing, including OCR and Barcode reading; Custom applications with easy-to-use APIs – Java, Web Services, .NET, COM; Fax automatically from production applications – Oracle, SAP, iSeries.
