FaxFacts provides automatic printing and routing for inbound faxes, load balancing, customized graphical cover sheets, reporting capabilities, job administration, and fax broadcasting capabilities all from your Windows desktop. The CopiaFacts WorkStation client runs on 32-bit Windows platforms (95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP) and provides access to a wide variety of address books, including Outlook contacts and address books, GoldMine contacts, LDAP, and Active Directory Services. Address information can also come from any data source that allows ADO or OLE DB/ODBC access. This includes Microsoft Access, SQL Server, Oracle, Excel, xBase, and FoxPro databases. FaxFacts supports high-end fax and voice boards from Brooktrout, GammaFax, Commetrex, and Intel/Dialogic. With the scalable architecture you start with as few as one line and add a virtually unlimited number. More FaxFacts features include a patented mail merge to fax driver, fax to PDF conversion to e-mail, fax broadcasting, print to fax driver for Windows, automatic conversion of Office documents, fax-on-demand, a WinFax Pro interface and more.
