"Imecom DM Fax" - John Borrows [March 27, 2008] Product Rating: 5/5
We purchased DM Fax from Imecom in 2007 and are very satisfied with the software and support. Faxing through Exchange and Outlook is simple and straight forward. I particularly like the integration with Active Directory, particularly for DID fax routing. They also have a fax over IP option which we will likely use in the future. Support services are good. Price was middle of the road. Would recommend Imecom for future purchases.
"Pleased thus far..." - Bruce [November 5, 2007] Product Rating: 5/5
Nice product. The integration with Exchange and Outlook is basically seamless. As an administrator, I like that I don\'t have to manage a separate database for fax users and can just use my existing AD accounts. Users seem happy so far. Pricing is competitive with others we reviewed. Support is very good. Overall, I am pleased and would recommend to anyone looking for a good sturdy fax solution for Microsoft Exchange.
