MESSAGEmanager FAX supports the requirements of Windows desktops, Web Browsers, Exchange, Notes, SAP, GroupWise, cc:Mail, HP OpenMail, Internet/SMTP Mail, mini and mainframe host applications simultaneously on up to 120 lines.

Multiple systems can be configured to work together to provide least cost routing, load balancing and backup.

MESSAGEmanager FAX is Unicode compliant and supports all major European, Hebrew, Chinese, Korean and Japanese character sets.

MESSAGEmanager FAX integrates seamlessly with all popular e-mail and ERP packages. No additional software is required on the desktop. The native client provides all the facilities necessary to send and receive fax messages. Users are notified of the success or failure of the transmission. Incoming messages are routed direct to the users mailbox or printer.

Having been using it with Lotus Notes, outgoing only and have had overall satisfaction. Have never had to touch it. Plan on expanding the usage to incoming management shortly and I have been insured that it will go seemlessly.
