"ACCPAC, more like ACCRAP!" - Mr. Woodland [August 10, 2004] Product Rating: 1/5
The support is by far the worst I've ever come across. Most every problem needs to be sent to the seemingly one developer they have on staff for this product and he comes in at 10a PST! Nice! This is especially frustrating for those of us on the East coast. The product works sometimes. They'll first deny there's a problem and then have you check every single registry entry the install program makes and then say "I don't know" and send it to their developer who's probably out hanging 10 on the morning surf! Stay away, far away from this product.
