Icecom Multimedia PBX is a full featured corporate switch with additional new convergence services. Icecom has created this modern Multimedia PBX, which supports all existing PBX features, and in addition Icecom has added several new IP-based communication services into same server infrastructure. The interface of Icecom Multimedia PBX attendant is web-based. It can easily be customized under the brand name of its provider.
Multimedia PBX can be deployed in several ways. It can be connected into traditional telephony network through Internet connection if company has access to media Gateway, or it can use local PRI connection of the system.
