After spending over $2,000 with these clowns, I replaced my over-priced premier account with a free account, reprinted all my business cards, stationary, advertising, etc. They sent me an email saying they were deleting my account because somebody sent me over 20 pages in one month. Not freezing me for the rest of the month like SmartFax will do, but deleting me, unless of course I want to start spending $15 a month again. Lousy business model, lousy customer service, and a shame. They used to be a great company. Short Jconnect, they will not be with us for much longer.

Well, I certainly believe in praising a company, even if some find it better to scold.
Let me start by saying what a great service you provide. I was wasting countless hours (and dollars, mind you!) on a useless fax machine that kept jamming up. A friend of mine told me about e-fax and I don't know how I ever lived without it! You guys keep doing what you do and don't mind these bullies - they're just jealous of what a great service you really have! If they can't pay their stinking credit card bills or change an expiration date online, then I'm sure they have problems much greater than faxing!

I changed credit cards and the one on file at J2 was no longer valid. They dropped me like stone
when they tried to bill my account. They even deleted my membership account at the j2 website so
that I couldn't log in and update my account info and get turned back on. They go beyond bad
service, they are CONSUMER HOSTILE. Run, don't walk, run! Run! =)
"J2 Has Terrible Customer Service" - Terry Williams [October 30, 2002]
I have been a customer of J2 for several years. Recently I have received very bad customer service. First, when my charge card started not going through (due to a need to update my expiration date), I was not notified and we were simply cut off. Amazing. They said they notified us - but I get the emails directly - not hard to thoroughly look back and find NOTHING.

Then - they hit me with a large bill saying we had received over 600 faxes (during the month they cut us off). I told them this was absolutely untrue and asked them to correct this - BUT NOTHING.

The service at J2 has completely crumbled.
